By using Sankalp, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the app

Sankalp is a ritual tracking and reflection tool. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or religious authority advice. You are responsible for choosing practices that are safe and appropriate for you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you use guest mode, some data may be harder to restore if the device or session is lost.

4. User content and circles

You may create ritual names, gratitude text, circle activity, campaign submissions, and other content. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not post unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or private information about others.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Sankalp, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use the app to harass, spam, or harm others.

6. App stores and third-party services

Your use of Sankalp may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, Google, Apple, WhatsApp, and other third-party terms depending on your device, sign-in method, and sharing choices.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update content, panchang logic, ritual suggestions, or app behavior as the product improves.

8. Disclaimers

Sankalp is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the app will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sankalp and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if doing so is necessary for security, safety, or legal reasons.
